Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated professional who takes pride in doing the important work behind the scenes that keeps a business running smoothly. This role serves as a critical bridge between sales, operations, and clients—ensuring communication is clear, systems are efficient, and people are treated with respect and care.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, improving systems, and working in an office environment as part of a committed team.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the organizational link between sales, operations, and leadership
· Manage internal workflows, documentation, and coordination to ensure consistent follow-through
· Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients via phone, email, and in person
· Research business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and clarity
· Proactively recommend and help implement better systems and procedures
· Support day-to-day office operations so critical details are never missed
· Maintain accurate records, schedules, and internal communication
· Handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity
Required Qualifications
· Prior experience in the service industry (hospitality, restaurants, customer service, retail, or similar people-facing environments)
· Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of personalities in a calm, respectful manner
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· High level of self-motivation and personal accountability
· Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to research, learn, and improve business processes independently
· Comfortable working full-time in an office setting
Additional Experience That’s a Plus
· Office administration, operations, or coordination experience
· Experience supporting sales teams or operations teams
What This Role Is Not
· This is not a remote or work-from-home position
· This role does not require accounting or bookkeeping experience
· This is not a sales role
