Coordinator

Allmed group of company is looking for a proactive and organized Departmental Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication, documentation, and coordination within the department to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively between departments and management.
  • Handle departmental documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Assist in project coordination and ensure timely completion of departmental activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for departmental operations.
  • Support the team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant coordination experience in a corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
