Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in flooring, construction, or interior fit-out industry (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong experience in coordinating installation teams, labor scheduling, and site operations.
• Plan and manage daily labor deployment as per project schedule and site requirements.
• Prepare and monitor daily installation schedules for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with drivers for timely transportation of labor, materials, and tools to sites.
• Confirm site readiness with site coordinators before sending installation teams.
• Coordinate with logistics and store departments to ensure flooring materials and accessories are delivered to site on time.
• Follow up to avoid material shortages, delays, or work stoppage at site.
• Coordinate with site engineers to schedule site visits, inspections, and work progress verification.
• Communicate with clients regarding work status, installation timelines, and progress updates.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure installations are completed as per company standards and deadlines.
• Resolve site-related issues by coordinating between labor, logistics, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and basic documentation.
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, email communication).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
