Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in flooring, construction, or interior fit-out industry (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong experience in coordinating installation teams, labor scheduling, and site operations.
- Plan and manage daily labor deployment as per project schedule and site requirements.
- Prepare and monitor daily installation schedules for multiple projects.
- Coordinate with drivers for timely transportation of labor, materials, and tools to sites.
- Confirm site readiness with site coordinators before sending installation teams.
- Coordinate with logistics and store departments to ensure flooring materials and accessories are delivered to site on time.
- Follow up to avoid material shortages, delays, or work stoppage at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers to schedule site visits, inspections, and work progress verification.
- Communicate with clients regarding work status, installation timelines, and progress updates.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure installations are completed as per company standards and deadlines.
- Resolve site-related issues by coordinating between labor, logistics, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and basic documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, email communication).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
