COORDINATOR, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Hourly Pay Range: $23-$25.40

Shift: Monday-Friday

Responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and coordination of learning and staff development agency wide. Responsible for ensuring confidentiality is strictly maintained concerning all agency related information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development and revision of various curriculums as assigned
• Responsible for the coordination of mandated learning needs of agency staff
• Responsible for conducting learning and staff development needs assessments
• Responsible for monitoring staff training on an agency wide basis
• Responsible for ensuring quality in the learning and staff development process through facilitation of Instructor Development programs, periodic observations of agency trainers followed with feedback and appropriate level of evaluation
• Responsible for coordinating the delivery as well as delivering various learning and development related classes
• Responsible for staying informed of learning needs as determined by both internal and external sources and ensuring updates as required
• Responsible for the recommendation and utilization of external learning opportunities and resources as appropriate
• Maintain certification as an approved agency SCIP-R Instructor and as an approved CPR Instructor.
• Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
