Responsibilities

• Oversee activities associated with guest luggage and general task assignment.
• Optimise delivery and dispatch times to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest outcomes.
• Evaluate, record, and report daily operational details to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
• Ensure fair and consistent distribution of tasks to Bellman and provide five tar service in a guest facing environment.
• Represent Atlantis, The Royal's professional image and reputation at all times.
