Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

  • Project a professional and patient friendly image of AKUH
  • Provide information on AKUH services to patients
  • Provide cost estimates and expected length of stay at AKUH to patients
  • Arrange priority appointments at AKUH
  • Assist post discharge patients in getting their reports, follow ups and billing matters
  • Liaise with the AKUH collection point staff in terms of patient facilitation
  • Marketings calls to corporates and leading physicians and hospitals, promoting AKUH services.
  • Arrange awareness sessions, medical camps as per advice of Manager
  • Develop strong relations with leading physicians, Hospitals & Government Depts

Requirements:

You should have:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a clinical background (Nursing, Pharmacy, or Medicine) will be preferred.
  • A master’s degree in health management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.
resilience and ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
  • ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently
  • positive attitude with drive for achieving results with minimal resources
  • proficiency in the use of computer applications, particularly MS Office
  • willingness to travel (mostly national) as per needs.
