Coordinator - Purchasing & Commercial

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement Activities: Manage purchasing activities, including planning, evaluating, and buying necessary goods and services.

- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, determine when to place orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Commercial Operations: Support commercial operations, including contract management, pricing, and supply chain optimization.

- Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, track purchasing metrics, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role.

- Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification.

- Industry Experience: Experience in a specific industry relevant to your company.

- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and data analysis tools .
