Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Ensure CRM is updated with accurate customer, tour, and sales information.
  • Permit Processing: Handle permits for stand removals, installations, airport passes for equipment, materials, representatives, and managers.
  • Coordination: Liaise with stand contractors and monitor RERA and DED permits to ensure compliance.
  • Lead Management: Oversee lead creation, update tour backing requests, assign leads, and manage the registration process.
  • Interdepartmental Support: Communicate effectively with HR, Accounts, and other departments to meet operational needs.
  • Supply Coordination: Manage stationery and supplies for various departments.
  • Performance Tracking: Update and maintain daily reports, performance trackers, and team metrics for assigned departments.
  • Documentation: Process agent agreements, contracts, and other related documents while ensuring accuracy.
  • Data Management: Monitor, register, and record customer details, payments, status updates, and tagging information.
  • Filing: Handle electronic and digital filing requirements to maintain organized records.
