Corporate Acquisition Executive

About the Role

The Corporate Acquisition Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing new B2B accounts ranging from mid-size companies to large enterprises ., driving revenue growth, and building long-term client partnerships. The role focuses on identifying corporate customers, understanding their procurement needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create value. You will manage the full acquisition cycle from prospecting and closing to overseeing the first procurement cycles before handing accounts over for long-term management.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, research, and engage potential corporate clients (mid-size to enterprise).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demos.

Early Account Onboarding & Stabilization

  • Take ownership of newly acquired accounts through their first 1–3 billing cycles.
  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, and order fulfillment to ensure a smooth start.
  • Follow up on collections and resolve any early-stage issues.
  • Build client confidence before handing over to the Account Management team.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and client behaviors.
  • Provide feedback to commercial and purchasing teams to refine offerings.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Provide feedback to commercial & purchasing teams to refine offerings.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a culture of high performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience ( corporate / mid-size to enterprise accounts preferred ).
  • Proven track record of acquiring and closing new accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and onboarding cycles.
