We are seeking a dedicated female Corporate Compliance Coordinator with a Law background to manage legal and regulatory compliance matters. The candidate will be responsible for handling correspondence, reporting, and pleadings with SECP and PMEX, as well as drafting and managing contracts, MOUs, and agreements with regulatory bodies including FBR, PRA, EOBI, PESSI, PLA, and insurance entities.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Prepare and submit official correspondence, reports, and legal pleadings to SECP and PMEX.

· Draft, review, and maintain legal documents including contracts, agreements, and MOUs for various regulatory and government institutions (FBR, PRA, EOBI, PESSI, PLA, and insurance).

· Ensure all documentation and activities comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory frameworks.

· Maintain legal records and ensure timely renewals and submissions as per regulatory schedules.

· Liaise with internal departments and external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

· Support audits and inspections by providing required legal documentation and clarifications.

Requirements:

· Female candidate with LLB or LLM from a recognized university.

· Strong legal drafting, writing, and communication skills.

· Familiarity with corporate regulatory bodies and compliance practices.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive legal information.

· Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation tools.

· Use of AI tools for legal research, documentation, or drafting is mandatory.

· Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
