ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time dishwasher position at a San Jose account, supporting the daily lunch

program. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish station running efficiently, washing and

returning all service items, and maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house

throughout the shift. It's a fast-paced role that requires focus and consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Wash, sanitize, and return all dishes, glassware, utensils

● Keep the dish station clean and organized at all times

● Sort and rack items properly to prevent breakage and ensure thorough cleaning

● Empty and clean dish machine filters, racks, and surrounding areas regularly

● Support kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed, including floors, surfaces,

and equipment

● Take out trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas

● Complete end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning of dish station

SCHEDULE

This is a M-F lunch-focused role with a schedule that follows standard business hours. Shifts

are consistent and set in advance. Nights, weekends, and holidays are rare.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

● Prior dishwasher or kitchen utility experience preferred but not required

● Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours in a warm, wet environment

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

● Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours

● Must be willing to complete a background check upon offer of employment

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
