Corporate Direct Sales Acquisition Officer (Outsource)

Responsible for approaching the new potential SME clients in order to fulfill and obtain all the necessary documents from the clients to deal with QNB.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receive potential corporate customers information from corporate direct sales manager to identify new potential corporate & SMEs clients.

2. Approach and introduce QNB to new potential SMEs clients through performing daily visits to companies that are not QNB clients according to a predefined list.

3. Present and promote banking services and products to convince the companies to deal with QNB.

4. Obtain company’s recent financial statements, and ensure they are meeting the predefined criteria.

5. Review financial statements and proceed to a brief analysis of the financials.

6. Set effective action plans in cooperation with the direct supervisor to achieve the acquisition targets as designated by the Head of Dept

7. Ensure to meet the predefined set of KPIs.

8. Cross sell bank’s product for all accounts opened, to maximize account NBI.

9. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.

10. Ensure the correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as International Standards.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce.

Experience:

For Officer: 0 up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Good commercial and communication skills

Very Good analytical skills & attentive to details.

Ability to manage different tasks and assignments in parallel and in a timely manner.

Very good computer knowledge

Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English
