Corporate Lawyer

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to manage legal matters related to corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance to ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws and minimize legal risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements
• Advise management on corporate governance and risk management
• Handle company secretarial matters, board resolutions, and legal filings
• Manage mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required
• Maintain proper legal documentation and records

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred
• Registered with the Bar Council of India
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Contract Law, SEBI regulations, and corporate compliance
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple legal matters independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in in-house legal roles or corporate law firms
• Knowledge of international business laws and cross-border transactions
• Familiarity with compliance management systems

Pay: ₹13,241.24 - ₹40,000.00 per month
