Functional Accountabilities:

Identify corporate customer needs, pain points, and business opportunities through direct client engagement, market research, and collaboration with the sales team.

Gather and document detailed product requirements based on feedback from corporate clients, sales teams, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure clarity for development teams.

Analyse and prioritize product initiatives by assessing business value, strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and available resources.

Act as the business product owner, providing clear guidance to the Digital Division throughout the product design, development, and testing phases.

Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring delivery according to timelines, budget constraints, and expected outcomes.

Lead product-related committees and serve as the Corporate Division’s representative in cross-functional discussions and decision-making forums.

Monitor product performance through KPIs, client feedback, and usage data, and propose continuous improvements to maintain competitiveness and relevance.

Ensure that all products meet internal corporate standards, industry best practices, and comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Continuously scan the market for emerging trends, technologies, and competitor activities to inform and enhance product strategies and roadmaps.
Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any other relevant field (master’s degree is preferred).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or B2B environments.

Deep understanding of corporate client requirements and B2B product development.

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Expertise in product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and documentation.

Analytical mindset focused on delivering business value and customer satisfaction.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
