Kulcha King is looking to hire a Corporate Sales Executive with proven experience in the restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen industry, specifically handling corporate and MNC clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling corporate meal programs, catering services, bulk food orders, or restaurant services to HR, Admin, Procurement, and Office Management teams of large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate & MNC clients for catering, meal plans, and bulk food services
- Pitch Kulcha King’s restaurant and catering solutions to HR, Admin, and Procurement departments
- Build and manage long-term corporate client relationships
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service presentations
- Conduct client meetings, tastings, and follow-ups where required
- Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant / catering / foodservice sales
- Proven experience selling to corporate or MNC clients
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Preferred Profile
- Background in restaurant groups, catering companies, cloud kitchens, or QSR brands
- Experience handling corporate contracts, office catering, or bulk orders
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional communicator
- Immediate joiners preferred
