Corporate Sales Lead

Coco 9 is expanding its corporate gifting and B2B sales operations and is looking for a Corporate Sales Lead to own and scale our corporate client pipeline.

This role is for someone who can prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close — not someone waiting for inbound leads. You will be responsible for building long-term corporate relationships and driving high-value bulk orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target corporate clients (banks, real estate firms, tech companies, agencies, MNCs, SMEs)
  • Lead outbound outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and meetings
  • Pitch Coco 9’s corporate gifting solutions clearly and confidently
  • Close bulk orders and negotiate pricing and timelines
  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a simple CRM or tracking system
  • Continuously improve sales scripts, offers, and outreach strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Results-driven, organized, and accountable
  • Able to work independently and take ownership
  • Experience in gifting, FMCG, hospitality, or services is a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
