We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B and corporate sales segment in Islamabad and surrounding areas.

Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and maintain corporate clients, including hospitality, real estate, interior designers, developers, and institutional accounts. This role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to deliver high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, including hotels, real estate projects, offices, and institutional accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and contractors
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value B2B sales deals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with showroom, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Monitor and analyze corporate sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Manage a corporate sales team (if applicable), providing coaching, training, and support
  • Represent Enza Home at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or key account management
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or luxury retail is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding corporate sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel locally and meet clients on-site
