Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with corporate clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, and logistics) for smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Experience:

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
