Corporate Sales Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

The Corporate Sales Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business relationships with corporate clients to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves direct selling, client management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new corporate client acquisition opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close sales.
  • Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies for corporate accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales (experience in [industry] preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to travel for client meetings if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
