We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer with over 5 years of training experience, along with more than 3 years of hands-on sales experience. The ideal candidate must possess strong product knowledge, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to mentor teams to achieve exceptional performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training sessions focused on sales techniques, negotiation skills, client relationship management, and product knowledge.
• Conduct workshops, role-playing activities, and coaching sessions for sales and customer-facing teams.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and project updates to ensure accurate and relevant training content.
• Evaluate team performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to align training programs with company objectives and business goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication or Education.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a corporate trainer, with at least 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Knowledge & Skills: Strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of Pakistan’s real estate market. Exceptional presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Language Competency: Proficient in English with exceptional verbal and writing skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.
