Corporate Trainer

The Crossing at Big Creek is seeking a dynamic and skilled Corporate Trainer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about developing people, strengthening service culture, and delivering world-class training experiences. As a key member of our Learning & Development function, you will design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs that support employee success across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing employees
  • Assist in onboarding, facilitating skills-based workshops, and leadership training
  • Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and job aids
  • Assess training needs and collaborate with leaders to enhance performance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and observation
  • Maintain training records, schedules, and compliance documentation
  • Support a culture of growth, continuous learning, and operational excellence

Qualifications


  • Previous experience in training facilitation or instructional design
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven


Required:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment
  • Available to work some nights
  • Professional appearance
