Corporate Travel Consultant - Ticketing

Job Title: Travel Consultant & Ticketing Agent (IATA Certified)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant & Ticketing Agent with an IATA certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, booking flights, issuing tickets, and handling travel-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, arrange, and sell domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, and tours

· Issue air tickets using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)

· Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, and insurance

· Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with airline policies

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline fares, schedules, and promotions

· Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

· IATA Certification (mandatory)

· Proven experience in travel consultancy and ticketing

· Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

· Experience in Saber and Amadeus software (mandatory)

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
