Contract & Compliance Management
- Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements with corporate clients.
- Ensure all contracts comply with UAE commercial regulations and internal policies.
- Partner with legal advisors to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and renegotiated where necessary.
- Drive efficiency and profitability through optimized vendor collaborations.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, including VIP and C-suite executives.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular service reviews and performance updates.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Collaboration & Market Expansion
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Support the launch of new services and expansion into emerging markets.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, service innovation, and market positioning.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge.
