Correspondence Executive (Email/Live Chat)/CS Support Agent - URGENT

- Should have very good command over spoken and special written English.
- Live chat support to all related web users
- Can communicate with Internal/external staff for their day to day queries & their quick fix.
- Preferably a graduate with minimum 1 year experience.
- Experience in Customer services role, preferably from a support/call center
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Have working knowledge of computer software’s like MS word, excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
