Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team at Mohnalwal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost control processes, budgeting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and profitability improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and report cost-related financial data.
• Monitor production costs, material usage, and labor expenses.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual and standard costs.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial audits.
• Provide management with actionable insights for cost reduction.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• CA, ACCA, or ICMA qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost control, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Market competitive (based on experience and qualification).

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
