Cost Controller

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Controller (F&B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting within the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs across outlets.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly food & beverage consumption reports.
• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
• Assist in preparing cost-related financial reports for management.
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Work closely with operations and procurement teams to maintain accurate cost records.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B cost control.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost management software.
• Must hold a Visa 18 (Normal or VIP).
• Ability to work 9 hours per day.
• Ready to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD600.000 - KD800.000 per month
