COST CONTROLLER

Key Requirements:

BSc Civil Engineering

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably within floor coting, and Waterproofing works.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, formulas, dashboards).
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Project & Finance modules).
• Solid understanding of project budgeting and comparison between estimated and actual costs.
• Ability to prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and variance analysis.
• Strong coordination skills with Contracts, Operations, and QS teams.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily project costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Prepare periodic cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability reviews.
• Monitor material consumption and prevent unauthorised inter-project transfers.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and financial performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with the site and operations teams to verify the completion of works.
