We are seeking a sharp, highly analytical Cost Controller to oversee our operational expenditures from our clinic hub in Ar Rayyan. If you enjoy diving into inventory data, optimizing supply chains, and turning cost efficiency into a strategic advantage, we want you on our management team.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As our Cost Controller, you will hold the keys to our operational budget. You will balance meticulous day-to-day cost auditing with long-term financial planning, ensuring that our medical inventory, procurement processes, and overhead expenses are tightly managed without ever compromising the quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expenditure & Variance Analysis: Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational costs across all departments, identifying variances between budgeted vs. actual expenditures.
• Inventory & Procurement Control: Oversee the lifecycle of dental equipment, lab assets, and medical consumables. Implement strict inventory control measures to eliminate waste, pilferage, and over-stocking.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Review and evaluate supplier contracts, laboratory pricing, and vendor agreements to negotiate optimal terms and ensure maximum value.
• Menu/Treatment Costing: Calculate exact unit costs for specialized dental treatments and clinical procedures to guide strategic pricing models.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare clear cost variance reports, margin analyses, and waste tracking dashboards directly for the Clinic Director and Executive Board.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of solid experience in cost control, operational auditing, or management accounting. Highly Preferred: Experience working within the healthcare, hospitality, medical distribution, or luxury clinic sectors.
• Analytical Sharpness: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and deep familiarity with modern inventory management software or healthcare ERP systems.
• Communication & Firmness: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with clinical staff while firmly enforcing cost-saving protocols and procurement guidelines.
• Local Presence: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid, transferable QID, ready to operate full-time from our Ar Rayyan facility.
