Cost Controller (Construstion)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Cost Controller (Construction) to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems for ongoing projects.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, commitments, and forecasts.
• Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with agreements.
• Analyze variances between budget and actual costs, and report findings to management.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project cost summaries.
• Support project managers in evaluating cost impacts of changes and variations.
• Ensure proper allocation of costs to respective projects and cost codes.
• Assist in the preparation of tender budgets, cost estimates, and financial models.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to maintain accurate records.

What we are expecting from you:

• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE in construction field
• Fluent in English
• Must be available in UAE
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
