Cost Engineer - Tagalog Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate project labor and material costs
• Establish and oversee project budgets
• Track and monitor costs against budget
• Analyze budget variances to determine root causes
• Review bids and contracts for cost-effectiveness
• Project Costing and well verse in Primavera
• Coordination with engineering and finance for costing

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Primavera
• At least 2 years of experience in cost control
• Preferably with UAE experience in construction company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
