Cost Estimation Engineer

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum 08 years of UAE experience in cost estimation for civil/villa construction projects.

* Strong expertise in BOQs preparation, quantity take-off, and project budgeting.

* Proficiency in estimation and costing software.

* Experience in preparing cost proposals and supporting tendering activities.

* Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
