Estimator- Interior Fit out/Joinery

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and tender proposals for interior fit-out and joinery projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of materials, finishes, and production costs, with the ability to balance accuracy, speed, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for interior and joinery works.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, and compare pricing.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure estimates align with technical and commercial requirements.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
• Assist management in pricing strategies and cost analysis during negotiations.
• Maintain cost database and update material/labor rate benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / joinery estimation.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication methods.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
