Costing Accountant Executive

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a detail-driven Cost Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Cairo. If you're passionate about cost control, inventory valuation, and driving operational efficiency, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Initially the Material Purchase Orders Either the Price, QTY, Covered Period, Inventory Balance, Shipment Dates, Supplier Details, VAT Status, Payment Terms, Material Shelf Life and Send the Reviewing Result to The Costing Manager for The Final Review & Approval
• Review Initially the Consumables Purchase Orders Either the Price, QTY, Covered Period, Inventory Balance, Shipment Dates, Supplier Details, VAT Status, Payment Terms and Send the Reviewing Result to The Costing Manager for the Final Review & Approval
• Review Initially The Asset Purchase Orders Either The Price, QTY, Budgetary Status, Shipment Dates, Supplier Details, VAT Status, Payment Terms, Asset Estimated Life and Send The Reviewing Result to The Costing Manager For The Final Review & Approval
• Review Initially The Accounting and Costing Details of The Material Coding and Send The Reviewing Result to The Costing Manager and Send The Reviewing Result to The Costing Manager For The Final Review & Approval
• Monitoring The Daily Production Processes and Report any Comments to The Costing Manager For Taking The Appropriate Actions
• Assisting The Costing Manager in the processes of Labeling All The Company’s Assets
• Making The Random Inventory Counting
• Making The Random Asset Counting

Qualifications

• BSc of Commerce, English Section is Preferable
• Excellent or Very Good English, Writing and Speaking
• 0 To 3 Experience in Finance & Accounting, Costing Module is Preferable
• Good Experience in Using ERP Systems & Microsoft Office Applications
