About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in Lahore. This role involves direct coordination with banks and clients, managing orders and invoices, and supporting internal research and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to all bank queries in coordination with the Line Manager and Sales Lead
• Prepare customer order forms and invoices on a daily basis
• Record all orders into the system and perform monthly reconciliation for reporting
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments
• Send weekly/monthly usage summaries and dispatch hard copies of reports and invoices
• Visit clients occasionally for document collection
• Support internal research projects (including B2B interviews and field visits when required)
• Assist in preparing customized research reports
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or HOD

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; banking experience will be given special consideration
• Skills:
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Presentable and client-facing personality
• Quick learner with adaptability to change
• Strong sense of teamwork and accountability
• Note: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
