Counsellor/Psychotherapist

Position: Counsellor – Hair Transplant
Location: QHT Clinic, Haridwar
Department: Patient Counselling / Front Office
Reporting To: Centre Manager / Senior Counsellor

Role Overview:

The Counsellor will be responsible for guiding patients through the hair transplant consultation process, explaining procedures and treatment options, and ensuring a smooth and informed experience from enquiry to conversion. The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and coordination skills to support both patients and the medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries related to hair transplant and cosmetic procedures.
• Conduct pre-consultation discussions to understand patient concerns and expectations.
• Explain the hair transplant process, packages, and treatment plans in a clear and professional manner.
• Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with doctors.
• Maintain accurate patient data, counselling records, and follow-up trackers.
• Support in pre- and post-procedure counselling, ensuring patient comfort and clarity.
• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets as per organizational goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to manage leads and improve conversion rates.
• Assist in feedback collection, service improvement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Psychology, or Business Administration).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in counselling, preferably in healthcare / hair transplant / cosmetic clinic setups.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong data handling and follow-up management.
• Confident, patient-centric, and target-oriented.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in hair transplant, dermatology, aesthetic, or cosmetic clinic counselling will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
