Counsellor/Psychotherapist

Job Summary:

The Hair Counsellor will be responsible for understanding patient concerns, explaining suitable hair restoration treatments (FUE/DHI/transplant/PRP), building rapport, and guiding patients throughout their consultation and decision-making process. The role involves counselling, sales conversion, communication, documentation, and coordination with doctors and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Counselling & Consultation

• Understand patient needs, concerns, and expectations related to hair loss.
• Explain treatment options such as hair transplant, FUE, DHI, PRP, medication plans, etc.
• Educate patients with before-after results, procedures, timelines, and realistic expectations.
• Assist doctors during consultations and provide pre- and post-consultation guidance.

2. Sales & Conversion

• Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert them into walk-ins and bookings.
• Present treatment plans, pricing, offers, and packages professionally.
• Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and messages.
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets assigned by management.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with the OT team to schedule procedures and consultations.
• Update CRM/clinic software with lead status, consultation notes, and booking details.
• Communicate patient requirements to doctors, OT team, and front desk.

4. Patient Experience & Support

• Ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for walk-in patients.
• Address patient queries professionally and guide them through the entire journey.
• Provide post-procedure support and follow-up coordination as required.

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper documentation, consent forms, and patient records.
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, patient confidentiality, and service standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Knowledge of hair transplant procedures (FUE/DHI) is an advantage.
• Confident, presentable, and patient-friendly approach.
• Ability to work with monthly targets and pressure.
• Good understanding of sales, customer service, and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any field (Science or Healthcare background preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in hair transplant, skincare, aesthetics, or healthcare counselling preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (as per QHT Clinic working hours)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,532.96 - ₹37,144.96 per month
