To actively engage with customers and Execute Sales through Digital Platforms and Social Media. The role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries, providing product-related information, and communicating promotional offers and campaigns and effectively closing online sales.
⮚ Respond and Convert every digital lead to sales.
⮚ Effectively use Digital Platforms, Social media channels including WhatsApp, Meta, to maximize visibility and engagement leading to sales closures.
⮚ Initiate and maintain customer engagement by sharing product updates, offers, and promotions.
⮚ Attend to customer queries promptly, providing accurate information and professional assistance.
⮚ Build strong and lasting relationships with customers through consistent, courteous, and personalized communication.
⮚ Promote the company’s diamond jewellery collections and new arrivals through creative digital messaging and visual content.
⮚ Collaborate with the sales and digital marketing teams to support online promotional campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
⮚ Monitor and respond to Instagram interactions while maintaining customer records to enhance engagement, service quality, and marketing effectiveness.
⮚ Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Record and maintain customer interactions, update communication logs, and share feedback or insights with the management team.
⮚ Graduate or equivalent with minimum 1–3 years’ experience in active or Online Sales, Customer Service, Customer support, Telecalling (preferably in retail, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors).
⮚ Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media engagement tools and trends.
⮚ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
⮚ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
⮚ Customer-centric attitude with persuasive and engaging communication style.
⮚ Basic understanding of digital marketing and online promotional strategies.
⮚ Quick problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Hindi and one or two additional languages will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
