This role is focused on ad creative production. You will be responsible for creating all media required for advertisements, including images, videos, and other creative assets used in Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
We need someone who is comfortable using AI tools heavily to create, edit, improve, and test creatives efficiently. This is not just a design role. We are looking for someone who understands performance-driven creative and can produce ad media that is made to convert.
What You Will Do
- Create all types of ad creatives needed for Meta campaigns, including images, videos, and supporting visual assets
- Use AI tools extensively to generate, edit, improve, and scale creative production
- Turn product photos, product features, customer pain points, and benefits into effective ad creatives
- Develop multiple creative variations for testing different hooks, angles, messages, and formats
- Create performance-focused creatives for Facebook and Instagram ads
- Refresh creatives regularly to avoid fatigue and keep campaigns moving
- Work closely with the team to understand products, offers, and target audience
- Produce creatives based on campaign needs, seasonal promotions, and testing requirements
- Support fast creative iteration so new ideas can be launched quickly
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience creating ad creatives for e-commerce brands
- Ability to create both image-based and video-based ad content
- Strong understanding of what makes a creative perform well on Meta
- Heavy familiarity with AI tools for creative generation, editing, and production
- Ability to move quickly and produce multiple creative directions when needed
- Good eye for hooks, messaging, layout, pacing, and overall ad presentation
- Ability to take product information and turn it into clear, effective marketing creatives
- Clear communication and consistency in delivery
Nice to Have
- Experience creating creatives for the U.S. market
- Experience with footwear, comfort products, health, or wellness brands
- Familiarity with direct-response style advertising and UGC-inspired creative formats
- Ability to suggest creative angles and concepts, not just execute instructions
Important
We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools as a major part of their creative workflow. Applications will be given preference if you can show strong examples of ad creatives made with the help of AI tools.
