Creative Director

Job Briefing:


The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of the company's marketing and branding initiatives. They will oversee a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to ensure the consistent and impactful presentation of the brand across all touchpoints.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the company's creative strategy and visual identity
  • Lead the creative team in the conceptualization, design, and production of marketing materials (e.g., advertising campaigns, website, social media content, product packaging)
  • Ensure the creative work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve the creative output
  • Manage the creative budget and oversee the selection and management of external creative agencies or vendors


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field
  • 7 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital design tools
  • Familiarity with web development, animation, and video production
