Job Description: Creative Lead – Jewellery Brand

Position: Creative Lead
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time, 6 days a week

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in creative direction, graphic design, or brand development (preferably within the luxury, fashion or jewellery industries).

About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Lead who will spearhead the brand’s creative vision and ensure consistency across all visual outputs. This role combines leadership with hands-on design execution — guiding the team while also being an active design contributor when required. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, skilled in both traditional graphic design tools and modern online design platforms, capable of setting brand direction and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Direction: Define and implement the brand’s creative vision, visual language, and campaign aesthetics.
  • Brand Guidelines: Build, document, and maintain brand guidelines across typography, color palettes, photography, packaging, and layouts.
  • Hands-on Design Execution: Support the team by directly working on designs when required, ensuring timely and high-quality creative outputs.
  • Mood Boards & Conceptualization: Develop seasonal mood boards and creative concepts to inspire campaigns, collections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and photography teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.
  • Trend Research: Stay current with jewellery, fashion, luxury, and design trends to keep the brand relevant and forward-looking.
  • Mentorship & Teamwork: Provide creative direction, review work, and mentor designers while being approachable and collaborative as a team player.

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics & video edits)
  • CorelDRAW
  • Figma (for UI/UX and layouts)

Online/Cloud-based Tools:

  • Canva (quick campaign creatives, social media assets)
  • Crello / VistaCreate
  • Google Workspace (Slides, Docs for presentations & mock-ups)
  • Miro / Milanote (for mood boards & team collaboration)
  • Notion (for creative planning & asset management)
  • Trello / Asana (for design workflow & project management)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within jewellery, fashion, or luxury brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and design aesthetics.
  • Deep knowledge of color theory, typography, layouts, and luxury branding principles.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Must be an excellent team player, with the ability to both lead and collaborate effectively.

  • Experience in luxury jewellery or high-end lifestyle branding.
  • Strong eye for detail, with the ability to elevate brand aesthetics.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure creative environments.
  • Balance of leadership and execution — both directing and designing as required.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
