About The Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Lead to join our team in Gojra. In this role, you will steer the creative direction of our brand, leading a team of designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, and branding projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the design team to ensure high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (visual identity, tone, and style).
• Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
• Quality Control: Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables meet effective design standards.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a creative role (Agency or In-house), with at least 1 year of leadership or team management experience.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, digital design, and campaign work.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
