About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Lead who can drive content strategy, brand storytelling, and creative direction across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative vision with marketing insight and can lead the execution of high-impact campaigns.
You will be responsible for shaping brand voice, content direction, and creative output while working closely with design and performance teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & Direction
- Develop and execute monthly content strategies for multiple brands
- Generate creative ideas for:
- Social media posts, reels, and campaigns
- Brand storytelling and positioning
- Ensure all brand communication is premium, consistent, and aligned
Content Planning & Execution
- Create detailed content briefs for designers and video editors
- Oversee content calendars and publishing schedules
- Translate ideas into structured, goal-driven campaigns
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and performance teams
- Align creatives with campaign goals and audience targeting
- Optimize content based on trends, engagement, and performance data
Trend Analysis & Innovation
- Stay updated with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Apply audience psychology and engagement strategies
- Continuously refine creative direction based on insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in creative/content roles
- Strong skills in:
- Visual storytelling & concept development
- Content writing and brand messaging
- Creative strategy and campaign planning
- High-level aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with execution
Preferred Profile
- Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of performance-driven content
- Ability to guide designers with basic design sense
- Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English)
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Quality and originality of creative concepts
- Engagement metrics (reach, CTR, engagement rate)
- Consistency in brand communication
- Timely execution of campaigns and content plans
