We’re a growing graphic design and branding agency helping small businesses and cafés elevate their visuals through creative design — from logo revamps to full visual identity packages. We’re now looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with more clients and scale our outreach.

The Role
As our Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients who can benefit from our design services. You’ll research, organize, and qualify leads, then assist with the first stage of outreach (via email or social platforms).

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify small businesses, cafés, startups, or entrepreneurs who may need branding or design support.
• Collect and organize contact information into Google Sheets or Notion.
• Assist in crafting and sending initial outreach messages or proposals.
• Maintain a tracker of approached leads and responses.
• Collaborate with the founder/designer to refine pitch offers and follow-up strategy.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and written English skills.
• Detail-oriented with experience in online research or CRM tools.
• Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps, and Notion.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet weekly outreach targets.
• Prior experience in sales, VA work, or digital marketing is a plus (but not required).

Compensation

• Freelance / Part-time to start (performance-based with potential for full-time role).
