Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple channels. A strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel campaigns is essential for success in this position.

Duties

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms, including social media, email, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising.
  • Manage content marketing initiatives, including copywriting, blog posts, and multimedia content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices and manage WordPress sites to ensure high performance and user engagement.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies for improved results.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with sales teams on advertising sales initiatives and B2B marketing efforts to generate leads and increase product awareness.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns, monitor ROI, and adjust tactics accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
  • Support product management teams with promotional strategies that align with overall business goals.

Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong grasp of SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Expertise in content marketing, copywriting, email marketing campaigns, and research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and familiarity with print advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
