We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Production Director to lead the creation of compelling video content for our corporate clients. This role focuses on delivering top-tier TVCs, DVCs, and short films, ensuring every production aligns with brand strategy and engages the target audience. You will own the creative process end-to-end — from ideation to execution — and guide teams to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Create innovative and engaging ideas for TVCs, DVCs, and short-form content tailored to client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Production Management: Oversee the full production lifecycle — including storyboarding, scripting, casting, directing, editing, and post-production (VFX, sound design).
- Budget & Timeline Control: Manage production budgets and schedules to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary creative liaison for clients, presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire creative teams (writers, directors, editors, designers) to maintain high production standards.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry and social media trends to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in video production for brands (TVCs, DVCs, and short films).
- Experience in Different fileds and busiine Niches.
- Portfolio: Strong track record of conceptualizing and executing creative projects from start to finish.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and direct cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media trends, brand storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
