The Customer Account Specialist engages with a portfolio of customers as a resource providing support and resolution for account-related challenges. The CAS collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues. Activities include Account Maintenance, Credit Limit Adjustments, Sales Tax Research and Resolution, Managing Job Account Maintenance and Documentation and Managing our Communication Strategy on Past-Due Balances. This position can report from the Eastlake, OH, Springfield, IL, or St. Louis, MO supply branch.
