Crew Leader - Landscaping

Full-Time | Wilmington, NC

We are seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to help coordinate daily operations for a commercial landscape maintenance team in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This role involves supporting crew leadership, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient work practices.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial landscaping and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

• Help coordinate daily work assignments and crew activities

• Monitor quality of landscaping services to meet company and client standards

• Train and guide crew members on landscaping techniques and safety practices

• Assist with monitoring materials, equipment, and supplies

• Participate in property inspections to ensure work is completed on schedule

• Maintain professional communication with team members, management, and clients

• Follow and promote company safety procedures

• 3–5 years of landscaping experience preferred

• Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred

• Knowledge of plant care, pruning, fertilization, and pest control

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
