Urgent Opening | Crewing Manager / Superintendent – Offshore (Jack-Up Barges)

Location: Dammam KSA/Arabia

We are urgently hiring an experienced Crewing Manager / Superintendent to manage end-to-end crewing operations for offshore vessels, with a strong focus on jack-up barges. This is a critical role requiring deep knowledge of Aramco compliance and offshore crew management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end crew recruitment, planning, and mobilization for jack-up barges.

Ensure compliance with Aramco minimum sea-time and certification requirements.

Manage crew change logistics including visas, medicals, training, and travel.

Maintain and update crew competence matrix; track certification renewals.

Oversee crew performance, welfare, and retention.

Ensure adherence to MLC, STCW, Flag State, and company Safety Management System (SMS).

Act as a key liaison with clients, port agents, manning offices, and flag authorities.

Position Requirements:

Degree in HR or Maritime Management.

8–10 years of experience in offshore vessel crew management, with 3–5 years in jack-up barge operations.

Strong exposure to Aramco-approved operations and compliance documentation.

In-depth knowledge of MLC, STCW, and Flag State requirements.

Familiarity with Aramco approval matrix for crew.

Proficiency in crew management software (COMPAS or equivalent).

Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
