Job Purpose:

To support daily operations of the QSR by providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Prepare menu items according to company recipes and portion standards.
• Ensure proper handling of food items, maintaining hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/FHC).
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service counters.
• Assist in stock management, including replenishing supplies and ingredients.
• Handle customer queries and complaints courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
• Work as part of a team to achieve operational targets and smooth workflow.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in QSR, fast food, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
