CRM administrator - real estate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator to join the team. The role is critical for maintaining accurate data, ensuring smooth sales operations, and supporting both management and agents with CRM-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage leads in the CRM system (assigning leads, tracking lead cycles).
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with agents and efficient lead handling.
  • Support agents with CRM-related queries.
  • Generate and deliver lead performance and status reports for the CEO.
  • Keep CRM data clean, updated, and accurately recorded.
  • Manage and control documents within the CRM (upload, track, store securely).
  • Coordinate with the AML team: collect and send deal-related documents, reply to AML queries.
  • Ensure all AML documentation is properly organized and up to date in the CRM.
  • Conduct quality control of calls and WhatsApp messages from brokers via the CRM.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a CRM administrator or similar role.
  • Experience with real estate in Dubai.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM systems (Amo CRM, Salesforce, Bitrix 24).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
